...all you did was save my life
Our Lady Peace has treated us with the first look at their new "back to basics" album, Burn Burn. I don't really consider myself a big OLP fan, but I DO consider myself a conoussier of 90's rock. As such, I end up listening to my fair share of these guys.
It's unclear to me when the guys went away from their original sound, but they're claiming they did, so I suppose this is a return to form? I just wasn't aware the form had changed. I suppose they're bringing back the ol' creepy guy on the cover schtick though, so I guess that's the form.
Musically, it's still good form though, better than their last album for sure.

Hmm, it's interesting to me that they are saying this song is an example of "back to basics" for them. It sounds like it could come straight off the last album without even missing a beat. I don't hear much of a difference, perhaps I need to spend time refining my ears. I am not yet a connoisseur like you sir! Bwahaha, the spelling police strike again!
