Artist Preview: Sonic Youth

Sonic Youth is playing tonight at the Twilight Concert Series.  Sonic Youth has been a band longer than I have been alive.  Sonic Youth can still rock. 

I'm quite sad that I ended up with so much on my plate this week that I cannot be in attendance.  It would have been very entertaining to see not only the band, but the diversity of the crowd.  When a band's been around as long as they have, they are guaranteed to have some strange and crazy fans.  I would have enjoyed seeing them.  So if you're reading this, and it's not too late, head on down to the Gallivan Center for a sweet free concert.  Oh, and you'd better hurry before all the good standin' spots are taken.
